Opened in 2004, J D Ranch contains 110 lots, 4 of which have not been developed. Comprised of Southwest style homes on 1 acre lots by builders such as Pepper-Viner, TJ Bednar and Ducati, plus a few custom builders, this is a neighborhood where people enjoy their neighbors, but also value their privacy.

There are mountain views from most of the lots which are landscaped with desert plants and flowers. You won’t see trailers, boats or RVs parked everywhere as these vehicles are prohibited unless housed in garages which conform to the guidelines set by the CC&R’s.

With an active HOA and Neighborhood Watch Group in place, you can feel safe and your children will enjoy the benefits of the renowned Vail Schools. Buses pick them up right outside the gates. HOA dues are a reasonable $35 per month and Platinum Management oversees the community.
