This is a 24hr. gym which is great if you work odd hours or can’t go on a regular schedule. Although not a large facility, they have cardio equipment, free weights and Boot Camp classes. Specialties include weight loss, endurance training, functional fitness, post rehabilitation, military & law enforcement PFT training and teenage athletic training. Personal trainers are on staff as well for individualized workouts.

Located in the Fry’s Shopping Center at Rita Ranch, this facility offers a variety of workout classes which incorporate weights w/ cardio to provide a full body workout. In addition there are Pilates, Yoga, Silver Sneakers and Kaizen Kan Karate (traditional Japanese martial arts) classes. For those of you with stamina seeking a more challenging program, sign up for the GRITS series. I recommend watching the videos before jumping in. Personal Training is available  and morning childcare is offered so Mom can workout. Open M-F 6-11am & 4-8pm: Sat. 7am-12pm: Sun. 7:30am-12pm. Other times available by appointment.
